How do you pronounce the word "Tudor" as In Rolex made Tudor …. ???
Is it To’-door …. ??
Or is it To’-der ..???
The way I’ve heard it most,is To’-dor.
With a quick,short and soft "dor"..
Not as in describing,a Two door automobile,as two equal words…..

Although maybe it’s supposed to be pronounced as .."Two Door"… as in Two words…..

Actually any of these would work for me,I haven’t a clue about correctness.
I’ve been eyeing reviews,and movement comparison,of the Tudor,name lately…
Today,realizing I didn’t know the pronunciation.

I understand this watch is a lower level,made by Rolex,utilizing ETA,rather than in house Rolex.
It appears there are,differing opinions as to the ETA movement,in these watches.
Some say they are standard off the shelf ETA’s,no diff than what any other Swiss Co. would use.
Then to,I’ve read that the ETA’s that Rolex puts into the Tudor name,all seem to be really good performers….Comparatively speaking.
Hinting at possibly being tweaked,beyond standard shelf model ETA’s.
